* Qualifications:

** 15+ years of progressive legal experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or highly regulated industries, with significant global and leadership responsibility.  Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams and drive enterprise-wide impact.  Exceptional business judgment, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
