LHH is seeking an IT Program Manager to join our client's team in a full‑time, hybrid role in San Mateo County, CA
The ideal candidate will work as an IT Program Manager responsible for developing and maintaining IT policies and procedures in collaboration with compliance teams. They will oversee IT operations to ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks such as SEC and FINRA while managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for hardware and software changes.

Our client searching for a Salesforce professional who blends technical ability with product‑minded thinking. You’ll step into an environment where Salesforce is central to daily operations and will take ownership of refining workflows, automating manual processes, and preparing the platform for its next stage of evolution alongside a modern data ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between admin responsibilities, development tasks, process design, and thoughtful stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Work On- Partner with business teams to review current operational processes, streamline workflows, and introduce targeted automation across the platform.
- Support the modernization of Salesforce so it integrates effectively with the organization’s Data Lakehouse architecture.
- Transform business workflows—often managed in spreadsheets or outside tools—into structured, automated Salesforce processes.
- Convert manual processes into Salesforce objects, fields, flows, automation rules, and complete end‑to‑end process designs.
- Participate in testing cycles, help coordinate deployments, and support release operations across multiple environments.
- Build recurring reports and dashboards that measure data flow, system performance, and process effectiveness.
- Assess the functionality and efficiency of existing Salesforce components and recommend improvements.
- Present clear, compelling updates and recommendations using Salesforce’s built‑in presentation and visualization tools.
- 3+ years reviewing business operations, refining workflows, and identifying opportunities for automation.
- 1+ year of experience writing APEX as a Salesforce Developer.
- A product‑oriented mindset — able to evaluate user needs, understand product fit, and make decisions grounded in usability rather than configuration alone.
- 2+ years creating recurring reports and dashboards for process monitoring and data‑flow visibility.
- 2+ years documenting system components and evaluating platform efficiency and usability.
- 2+ years contributing to testing efforts, coordinating deployments, and supporting release management activities.
- 2+ years working with complex datasets and relational database structures.
- Experience preparing and delivering well‑structured presentations using Salesforce tools.
- Experience with any task management system (e.g., Jira).
- Experience converting business workflows into structured Salesforce automations.
- Experience mapping, modeling, and operationalizing business processes within a CRM framework.
- Experience analyzing manual processes and transforming them into Salesforce components and automations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience working with integration patterns and API‑based connections.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with Omni Studio.
- Hands‑on work with SOQL.
- Experience connecting Salesforce to data warehouses or financial technology platforms.
- Background working in financial services environments.
