As a Sr. Product Manager for Supply Chain Collaboration, you’ll help us define, build, and launch a new product into the market to enable collaboration between planning teams and direct suppliers to reduce supply chain risks. You sit in the middle of the business community, engineering team, and user experience team and are the voice of the customer. Your responsibilities range from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company.

You’ll build products from existing ideas, and help develop new and innovative ideas based on your industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their pain points and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

• Help define, build, and launch a new product to enable collaboration between planning teams and direct suppliers to reduce supply chain risks.
• Bridge the business, engineering, and user experience teams to represent the voice of the customer.
• Increase the profitability of existing products and develop new products based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Develop and iterate on product ideas arising from industry experience and customer/prospect interactions.
• Maintain a big-picture vision and drive to turn it into reality while engaging with customers to understand pain points.

• Strong customer empathy and experience translating insights into product solutions.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

The estimated pay range for this role is $121,000 - $157,500. The starting salary will be based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
