ROLE SUMMARY
As a Business Consultant at Lynx, your primary role is to oversee commercial projects from conception to full implementation, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

You will drive project execution by defining milestones, planning resources, allocating tasks, mapping dependencies, and ensuring timely results. • Accountability for end-to-end project delivery including commercial KPIs such as timely delivery, staying within budget and maintaining margin
• Leading all project stages including contracting, scoping & kick-off, execution and post-implementation reviews
• Collaborating with legal, business development, product and technical teams to ensure seamless execution
• Working with clients, technical staff and management to determine and resolve issues associated with project implementation
• Functioning as the liaison between clients and our technical teams throughout the solution implementation cycle
• Building a strong relationship of trust and credibility with relevant client stakeholders for the project and for Lynx as a company
• Fostering a motivating and collaborative working environment aligned to our core values

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a business discipline
• Experience in a Consultant role with Client Management and Project Management responsibilities
• Industry experience in the Healthcare sector either in a consulting or industry role
• Strategic thinking capabilities; able to understand, analyse and solve complex problems
• Proven ability to liaise with internal software development teams and translate client requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Willingness to travel

• Experience in leading teams and resources like data scientists and data engineers
• Commercial analytics within the healthcare domain
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and Big Data technology
