Location: Foster City, CA - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Experience: 5+ years in Salesforce;
Veeva, Health Cloud, Life Sciences domain preferred.

Experience:

REST/SOAP APIs, event-based integrations preferred.

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions.
• Own the overall solution blueprint including object model, data flows, role hierarchy, profiles, sharing model, and permission design.
• Provide architectural guidance during sprint planning, technical grooming, and QA cycles.
• Configure and customize Salesforce including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (as needed) and Life Sciences Cloud components.
• Implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and perform production fixes when required.
• Review and optimize declarative automations, Apex performance, and complex flows.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor developers/admins.
• Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Workato-based integrations.
• Define and oversee API-led integration patterns, data synchronization strategies, event-driven models, and error-handling frameworks.
• Ensure data consistency between Salesforce, Veeva, and downstream systems through Master Data Management principles.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance, scalability, and security.

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including Enterprise Architecture and complex multi-cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud in Pharma.
• Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva CRM knowledge is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences business processes.
• Direct experience integrating Salesforce with Veeva CRM and/or Veeva Vault.
• Expertise with Workato integration platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows and Omnistudio.
