We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept through execution. While pharmaceutical or training experience is preferred, it is not required. Experience with new hire onboarding—ideally for sales representatives—is highly preferred.

• Support the lead Project Manager in end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements; ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners (Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings, manage communication flow, and drive resolution of open issues.
• Support change management activities, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement for project rollouts.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven success managing cross‑functional projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals or training is preferred.
• Experience in new hire onboarding, especially for sales representatives, is highly preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
