Revenue Operations & Accounting Excellence

• Own and manage global revenue accounting operations
  , including subscription, license, and maintenance revenue
• Lead the monthly close and reporting process
  , ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP
• Analyze customer contracts and terms to apply ASC 606 guidance
  , providing clear direction for order review and system processing
• Partner with Revenue Accounting to ensure complex revenue arrangements are recorded in strict compliance with company policy and ASC 606

• Drive operational excellence across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
  , partnering with Sales Ops, Customer Success, FP&A, Treasury, and Business Technology
• Lead key systems initiatives and enhancements
  , with a strong understanding of system logic and downstream impacts
• Champion transformation and automation initiatives
  , including AI-driven solutions to improve scalability, data accuracy, and efficiency
• Continuously refine and enhance revenue processes, controls, and documentation

• Lead quarterly reviews and year-end audits with external auditors
• Support SEC reporting requirements
• Ensure strong internal controls and ongoing compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on strategic revenue initiatives

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing revenue team
• Lead with transparency, accountability, and an open-door approach
• Balance strategic leadership with a willingness to be hands-on when needed
• Drive results through clear prioritization, effective delegation, and scalable process design
• Serve as a thoughtful problem solver with strong business judgment and risk awareness

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting;
  CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of combined public accounting and industry experience, including 3+ years in revenue recognition/operations
• Big 4 experience preferred
• Experience in software / technology environments
