Autonomy Test Specialist

Responsibilities

• Experience with simulation environments or game engines.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python preferred) for automation and data analysis.
• Experience with test engineering, QA, or validation processes.
• Create and specify simulation scenes for PUDO and Depot site scenarios, translating operational requirements into testable configurations.
• Develop and maintain vehicle test plans, supporting on and off site to ensure comprehensive coverage of new site enablement features.
• Manage test scheduling and coordination, working with vehicle operations to maximize testing efficiency.
• Perform first-pass triage of simulation and vehicle test results, identifying issues and categorizing them for engineering review and solution development.
• Document test findings and identify opportunities to streamline processes, creating reports that help autonomy engineers quickly understand test outcomes.
• Use scripting languages (Python) for automation and data analysis.
