System Engineer- Automotive Industry

• Develop system requirements
• Generate and update technical documentation (specifications, FMEA, software requirements, etc.)
• Develop and execute test cases for HIL & SIL testing, leveraging models, simulation, and bench environments to validate system functionality, performance, and safety
• Automate test cases using Python scripts – develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for HIL and SIL testing to ensure efficient, repeatable testing processes
• Provide RCA support, including log analysis and identifying gaps in system requirements and test procedures
• Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to discuss requirements and test‑case coverage, ensuring alignment of HIL activities with project timelines and milestones
• Deliver tasks on time in line with the project schedule

• Experience in systems engineering or electronics, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience working with EV systems
• Knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle (V‑Model), including writing system requirements, defining test cases, and writing test procedures
• Experience with Low Voltage and High Voltage systems
• Ability to produce formal documentation to a professional standard
• Core competencies in CANalyzer, CANape, FMEA, DVP&R, HIL, Automotive Diagnostics, Python, and PyTest framework
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
• Strong skills in requirements traceability and Polarion Software
• Experience with Powertrain and HV systems
• Understanding of vehicle‑level system integration (hardware and software)
• Expertise in CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and Python tools
