Overview

Tipalti's Marketing team is looking for a Director, Creative who lives and breathes creative strategy and execution. If you’re passionate about visual expression across marketing channels and you view creative as an art and a scalable process, let’s talk.

As Tipalti’s Director, Creative, you’ll directly lead and manage a team of designers to execute the evolution of Tipalti’s brand design and visual story. You‘ll also roll up your sleeves to ideate, review, and execute standout design work across major creative projects. You‘ll ensure excellence in craft and foster continuous improvement in practices and design trends, leading by example and providing mentorship and constructive feedback.

You’ll oversee and execute with creative rigor and visual consistency across every touchpoint. You‘ll combine strategic thinking, deep business knowledge, and creative excellence to develop assets that resonate across all marketing touchpoints. You will be the eye for consistency in our visual identity and a chief pillar of our brand expression.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on, tactical visual execution balanced with ‘big picture’ strategic creative thinking and production leadership management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — i.e., Product Marketing, Web, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Testing, and regional stakeholders — to deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives and resonate with prospects and customers.
  • Lead the conception and execution of innovative visual approaches and solutions that drive measurable engagement, while ensuring our brand maintains a distinctive look and feel.
  • Coordinate and align our creative and technical approaches to print, digital, web, animation, and video.
  • Clarify, define, and elevate incoming creative briefs and requests in order to drive the marketing business and surprise and delight stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Creative team and marketing stakeholders to intake, scope, plan, prioritize, track, and deliver work that meets the brief, brand, budget, and committed timelines.
  • Be a strategic advisor to internal teams and help evolve our web, content, and digital marketing approach to meet ever-shifting market trends.
