Position Summary

• Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
• Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensure that products chosen are of the highest quality (e.g., no damaged items, freshest selection).
• Correctly document and label all orders through pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.
• Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide support in resolving issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean work area, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are free of debris before packing.
• Operate material‑handling equipment safely and complete pre‑inspection checks before use.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and safety practices.
• Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.85 per hour. The exact rate will be determined based on relevant experience.
