Wage Range: The hourly wage for this role is typically $21.25 - $40.25 and represents a range across all of Prairie Coast’s BC and Alberta locations. It is influenced by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant training, and work location.
In compliance with the BC provincial government mandates, we are incorporating broad wage ranges into this posting to adhere to the wage transparency requirements.

As a Shop Service Coordinator You WillPlay a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the Service Department with a strong emphasis on generating business, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely collection of service revenue. This position helps drive profitability by coordinating service work, promoting maintenance programs, and managing financial follow-up for equipment repairs and service contracts.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have- Previous experience in service coordination, service writing, or customer service.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, components, and repair processes is an asset.
- Strong background in sales or business development within a service environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS), service scheduling, and billing software.
- Ability to manage collections and maintain financial accountability.
- Valid driver’s license.
