The Drive Ahead
Greet customers and guide them through the service experience with professionalism and careClearly document vehicle concerns and communicate service recommendationsCoordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficiency and accuracyKeep customers informed with timely updates and transparent repair timelinesProcess repair orders, warranty claims, and invoices with attention to detailUse dealership systems (CDK/PBS) to manage appointments and follow-upMeet service targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfactionPerformance Essentials
1–2 years of experience in a service advisor or customer-facing role (automotive experience is an asset)Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to stay composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesComfortable working with dealership software and digital toolsValid driver’s license with a clean abstractFull-time availability — typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed (approx. 40 hours/week)Bannister Accessories
