THE

OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Field Office Coordinator for an 18‑month term to join our Northeast British Columbia (NEBC) Field Operations Administration team. Reporting to Field Manager, NEBC, this role will be responsible for supporting general office administration and helping with NEBC invoices and coding. The successful candidate will bring strong attention to detail, champion ARC’s culture, and demonstrate skill in efficiently handling multiple responsibilities at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Track and maintain invoices for accounts across all plant and field locations, as well as for multiple NEBC accounts with BC Hydro and general office supplies
  • Assist with expense reimbursements for field staff
  • Enter and approve quick pay information through Open Invoice
  • Review and approve open tickets
  • Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all NEBC operators, office staff, and drilling teams
  • Assist with ordering office supplies
  • Handle incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments
  • Organize various community social events
  • Coordinate staff social events such as ARC’s annual golf tournament and holiday party
  • Book meetings and training sessions, including conference rooms, meals, and transportation arrangements
  • Respond to ad‑hoc requests from office and field staff
  • Assist with various roles supporting the Incident Command Centre during emergency response
  • Other office service tasks as required
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO ARC
  • Experience in office administration, preferably in field operations or energy sector
  • Proficiency with invoice tracking and approval processes
  • Ability to coordinate events and manage logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build strong relationships throughout the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment

The base wage range for this position is $35.00 to $46.00 CAD per hour. The posted wage range is reflective of the qualifications associated with this specific advertisement. Exact wage may vary based on qualifications, experience, and skillset.
