The core responsibilities of this role include: leading a team of 5 associates in the warehouse. Experience in Oracle WMS a plus. Attention to detail and Microsoft Office experience needed.

• 1 year leadership experience in a warehouse setting
• 1 year experience in high reach stand‑up lift, stand‑up dock stockers, and cherry picker
• 1 year experience working with WMS Oracle or similar systems

Physically reconcile/verify raw and finished good inventory of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL (half of the time is spent on compiling/analyzing reports and the other half completing the physical inventory). Is an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution; this is key for accurate cycle count, auditing and financial reporting. Assigns work schedules, trains associates and monitors associates’ progress.

• Perform the duties of an inventory control coordinator.
• Reconciliation and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WMS system.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in‑transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor IDOC (failed transactions) in SAP and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Physically investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self‑corrected.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1‑3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
