Dematic is experiencing growth! We are seeking dynamic individuals who are immediately available to join our Fort Worth, TX team. We are currently looking for a Material Handler to be a part of our inventory management team in a hands‑on role. The responsibilities of this position include supporting warehouse operations and collaborating with other departments in the organization. This role is pivotal within our organization, and individuals with varying levels of experience are welcome to apply.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $18.50 - $19.50 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications- Performing daily checks of work equipment to ensure everything is in top condition.
- Ensuring that all safety measures are closely followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Completing daily cycle count documents meticulously.
- Supporting projects regarding material relocation within the warehouse.
- Assisting with the preparation for the annual inventory audit to ensure its flawless execution.
- Collaborating with the Inventory Manager to achieve Department and Company goals and successfully implement world‑class solutions.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience with warehouse management systems; SAP preferred.
- A high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- A constructive outlook, emphasizing teamwork and swift issue‑solving, with a talent for engaging effectively with managers at every hierarchy level.
- Physical endurance to remain standing for long periods and the capacity to regularly lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
