** What You’ll Do**### ### As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team in a high-volume, fast-paced fulfillment and distribution center. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency across all inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions. You will play a critical role in optimizing space, managing workflows, and maintaining safety standards in an automated environment.
* ### Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, inventory control, and shipping* ### Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and compliance with all safety regulations* ### Manage the flow of materials, optimizing storage and warehouse space utilization* ### Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve process efficiency and inventory accuracy* ### Schedule inbound and outbound shipments to support business goals and service level agreements* ### Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure a positive and results-driven work environment### ###
** What You Bring*** ### Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting* ### Hands-on experience managing in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or distribution center* ### Strong working knowledge of automated warehouse systems and best practices in logistics operations* ### Ability to analyze workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and implement process improvements* ### Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* ### Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, and inventory systems### ###
** Qualifications*** ### High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred* ### Minimum 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role* ###

Experience with Supervisor 101 leadership principles or equivalent hands-on leadership training* ### Experience working in an automated warehouse environment is strongly preferred* ### Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment### ### The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $ per year.
