CDL Driver; Driver - DFW Metroplex

CDL Driver (Contract Driver) - DFW Metroplex. Part Time Only.

Bruckner Truck & Equipment is one of the largest family-owned semi truck dealerships in the United States. We currently operate in 40+ locations across 11 states, and we have over 1,600 team members. We are dedicated to delivering solutions to transportation providers and contributing to local communities, while caring for our people.

• Provide contractor services including delivery and pickup of commercial vehicles throughout Oklahoma and other out-of-state runs as directed.
• Support dealership entry requests and related tasks as assigned by the Client.

This Agreement shall be effective for 365 days, unless either party wishes to terminate, with a minimum of two (2) days advance written notice to the other party.

• Per-mile rate when driving a commercial vehicle or an hourly rate for chasing, waiting, riding in, or driving a rental car.
• Reimbursement for all approved expenses at actual cost incurred.
• Contractors are assigned a company fuel card for use only when fueling vehicles they are transporting for Bruckner Truck Sales Inc.

Contractors are responsible for all personal, federal, state income and employment taxes and with holdings.

The Contractor shall provide Client with services as determined by Client and must comply with all FMCSR regulations applicable to drivers operating a CMV. The Contractor may be designated as a “Multiple Employer Driver” or have the option to be one during the contract term.
