Overview
Sisu Bulk and Logistics is looking for an experienced Recruiter to recruit drivers for Bulk Freight loads nationwide, but with a concentration in the Southwest part of the country. Pay is DOE and everything else about the job is negotiable.
Responsibilities- Recruit drivers for Bulk Freight loads nationwide, with emphasis in the Southwest region.
- Collaborate with operations to understand staffing needs and timelines.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the interview process.
- Coordinate offers and onboarding with candidates and internal teams.
- Experience as a recruiter, preferably in transportation, logistics, or trucking.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
