Health Coaches leverage our tech stack—Zenoti, the Serotonin Coach app (Trainerize), InBody, and digital trackers—to deliver personalized, data‑driven coaching across exercise, nutrition, habit change, and nutraceutical supplementation.
Role OverviewThe Health Coach (HC) guides clients through transformative wellness journeys, building measurable outcomes and accountability. You will own client results, engagement, and retention, using Serotonin systems, processes, and service catalog to deliver an exceptional member experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations & Personalized Plans
- Follow our C.A.R.E.S framework and fully understand all clients goals, symptoms, and concerns. Help them understand potential solutions through Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Weight Management, Restore and Recovery Services, Body Sculpting, and Aesthetics.
- Conduct initial and ongoing consultations using empathy and impeccable listening skills combined with InBody scans assess baseline metrics and set goals.
- Document personalized exercise, nutrition, and supplement plans within Zenoti and Serotonin Coach.
SMART Goal: ≥80% of active clients complete bi‑weekly scans; ≥70% show body composition improvement within 90 days (e.g., ≥5% body fat reduction or ≥2 lbs lean mass gain).
Body Composition & Progress Tracking
- Provide bi‑weekly InBody scans; review body composition trends (muscle, fat, water, metabolic markers).
- Coach toward sustainable behavior change and action bias using micro‑habits and weekly goals.
- Add value to all clients bi‑weekly consultations so they are excited to be on this journey with you.
SMART Goal: ≥80% of active clients complete bi‑weekly scans; ≥70% show body composition improvement within 90 days (e.g., ≥5% body fat reduction or ≥2 lbs lean mass gain).
Nutraceutical & Supplement Protocols
- Recommend and manage Serotonin Nutraceutical protocols; track adherence and refills.
- Educate clients on supplement timing, dosage, and synergy with programs.
SMART Goal: 100% of clients receive an evidence‑aligned supplement protocol; ≥60% monthly purchase adherence among active clients.
Client Communication & Documentation
- Maintain weekly check‑ins via app/phone; elevate support based on ABCD priority ranking.
- Document all interactions, photos, and progress in Zenoti; capture outcomes in Serotonin Coach.
SMART Goal:
Respond to ≥95% of client messages within 24 hours; maintain 100% audit‑ready records for all clients.
Membership Conversion & Program Creation
- Convert guests to members using consultative selling and Systemic Close.
- Publish individualized habits, menus, exercise, sleep recommendations, and nutrition programs in the Serotonin Coach app.
SMART Goal: ≥80% guest‑to‑member conversion monthly; deliver new programs to 100% of converts within 72 hours.
Community Outreach & Events
- Lead or participate in local outreach (open houses, talks, grassroots activations).
- Collect leads and book consultations onsite.
SMART Goal: ≥4 events/month; ≥20 qualified leads/event; ≥40% of event leads booked within 7 days.
Sales & Service Knowledge
- Complete all product/service training (Hormone Optimization, Medical Weight Loss, Optimized Health, Aesthetics, IV, HBOT, Red Light).
- Demonstrate consultative selling; ask‑to‑understand, not data‑dump.
SMART Goal: ≥90% on quarterly knowledge checks; center NPS ≥90.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain HIPAA and biohazard compliance; follow rigorous client safety protocols.
- Complete annual safety refreshers and drills.
SMART Goal: 0 compliance violations; 100% completion of safety training annually.
Team Collaboration & Operations
- Attend daily huddles; keep trackers current; post MTD Goal and Actual.
- Hit individual monthly goals.
SMART Goal: ≥95% attendance at huddles/meetings; daily tracker updates when covering for GM duties, with accurate figures.
