Graduate Assistant - Student Athlete Development

The Graduate Assistant for Student Athlete Development supports the Associate Athletics Director for Student Athlete Engagement and Brand Management in the daily functioning of the department. This appointment will assist with program planning and evaluation for the Community Engagement initiative, organizing Leadership and Personal Development opportunities, facilitating Career Readiness and Professional Development programs, and providing research and administrative assistance where needed.

• Assist with program planning and evaluation for the Community Engagement initiative.
• Organize Leadership and Personal Development opportunities.
• Facilitate Career Readiness and Professional Development programs.
• Provide research and administrative assistance where needed.

• Currently applying to or have been accepted to a graduate program at TCU.
• Start date Summer/Fall 2026.
• This is an in person, on campus position.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and if necessary travel with respective sports.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Knowledge of working in a diverse, multi-cultural work environment.
• Ability to commit to the TCU Athletics Department Pledge when interacting with students, colleagues and other stakeholders
• Knowledge and understanding of NCAA and Big 12 policies and procedures.
• Ability to commit to TCU policies and procedures.
