The Little Gym of Fort Worth Southwest is a premier child development center that uses gymnastics as a way to teach the whole child. We need someone ready to become a permanent part of our team and help children every day.

• Lead amazing birthday parties, camps, member events, and Parent's Survival Nights using our proven curriculum.
• Assist in teaching classes at our facility.
• Commit to consistency and be available for weekend and evening shifts.
• Provide outstanding customer serviceaload and membership experience, treating members like family.

• Open to spending the entire day with kids and love giving high‑5s; background in child development, physical education, musical theater, or gymnastics is a plus.
• Serve others—making them feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and parents alike enjoy interacting with you.
• Positive, energetic demeanor and ability to buckle down when needed.
