Bilingual Client Advocate – Full Time (Monday thru Friday 7a - 3:30p)

The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program – this means we have the honor of working alongside domestic violence victims to keep them safe and simultaneously do our part in holding offenders accountable. • Assist shelter residents with daily living needs and provide general support to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and the building with minimal direct supervision.
• Conduct intake assessments and resident orientations.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Prepare rooms for new residents.
• Conduct safety checks.
• Provide shelter coverage as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, social work, sociology preferred, or six months of experience working in a residential facility, shelter, or similar environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Demonstrated curiosity, trustworthiness, open communication, flexibility, and accountability.
