TVG Security Solutions is a Texas Class B Security company that installs, monitors, maintains, supports and integrates burglar alarms, NDAA Security cameras, Access Control Systems, Time Clocks, Security Drones, and Checkpoint Work Flows for Security Service Tours and Guard Services.

Role Description

This is a part-time to full-time on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX, for an Alarm Systems Technician. The Alarm Systems Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of burglar alarm systems, security camera systems, and Access Control Systems. The role includes performing preventive maintenance and providing technical support to ensure the systems are functioning effectively and meet customer expectations.

Additionally, responsibilities include conducting on-site training for system operation and usage as needed to customers and authorized end users. Qualifications
  • Proficiency in installing, troubleshooting and technical support of Intrusion/Burglar alarm, CCTV and Access Control Systems
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems and related equipment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to execute preventive maintenance protocols
  • Capability to provide training on the use and functions of alarm systems for clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to safety standards and regulations
  • Basic hand tools for low voltage electrical work (rough-ins and trims)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for electrical plans
  • Work with Electricians and journeyman on construction sites
  • Able to pass a Texas DPS background check
