Job Summary:
Works with other installers and independently, in the completion of installs and service calls. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork they are assigned. Tech is also responsible for assigned vehicle care and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities:
Complete complex audio/video installs, setup, and calibrationControl system design (control/lighting/shading)Advanced troubleshooting of simple and complex systemsAdvanced networking/wifi system design, installation, and setup (Araknis, Ubiquiti)Complete programming of advanced systems (Control4, Lutron)Support of legacy and/or third-party products and systemsComplete understanding of AV rack design and buildingCEDIA, Lutron Homeworks/RA2 and Control4 certificationsSome travel required with potential for overnight stayMinimum
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skillsHighly detailed, organized, and multitask drivenAbility to work on rotating “on-call” service scheduleProficient in AV, lighting, shading, network/WiFi, control systems installation and programmingAssist in training and evaluation of junior level techniciansExcellent skills with desktop and mobile computing (dTools knowledge a plus)Clean driving record and background checkMinimum of 5 years of field experienceDisclaimer:
