A fabrication shop that specializes in building custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products is seeking a skilled Welder. The Welder will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks. You will primarily work with .045 Flux Core welding.

• Read and interpret blueprints for project specifications.
• Perform fitting, layout, drilling, and welding tasks.
• Assemble custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products.
• Utilize .045 Flux Core welding techniques effectively.

• Proficiency in Mig Welding.
• Experience with torch cutting.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience in structural welding.
• Skilled in fabrication and welding inspection.
• 2-3 years of Flux Core welding experience.

• 5-6 years of overall welding experience preferred.
• Certification in welding is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test if certification is not available.

The work environment is a manufacturing shop that is a couple of years old, with approximately 5-10 people working at any given time. It offers a collaborative and dynamic setting for skilled tradespeople.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Fort Worth, TX.
