• Respond to residential HVAC service calls in a timely manner
• Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service
• Replace filters, inspect coils, lubricate moving parts, and check refrigerant levels
• Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and recommend repairs
• Repair or replace components such as compressors, motors, controls, and valves
• Perform system upgrades and new equipment installations when needed
• Accurately document service work, parts used, and time on each job
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and repair options
• Promote maintenance plans and system improvements when appropriate
• Follow all safety standards and EPA regulations

• Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
• EPA Certification (required)
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
