JOB SUMMARY

This position involves educating customers and selling water treatment products. The individual will lead our water treatment department, including training staff. Additionally, this person will manage all technician turnovers and marketed leads.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• The technician must generate sales for water treatment.
• Excellent communication skills are required, both in person and over the phone.
• Sales experience in water treatment is preferred but not mandatory.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

JOB DUTIES

• Use Straight Forward Pricing correctly on each call, including all company-approved forms.
• Test all aspects of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is functioning properly, reducing callbacks.
• Explain each service performed to the client after maintenance or repairs, ensuring 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving.
• Keep all working equipment clean.
• Follow up with customers via phone calls, emails, and text messages.
• Meet monthly and yearly KPIs regularly.
