Commercial Service Technician will be responsible for service calls of alarm, camera and access control systems, and other life safety systems in new and existing buildings in all types of construction. Must know how to program DSC NEO and Qolsys systems with knowledge of  software.

Traveling 50%-75% of the time. Company vehicle and gas card will be provided. Pay rate up to $30 per hour depending on experience and ability.

• Running service calls on existing customer systems
• Assisting Customer Service team with answering service-related questions
• Wiring and diagnosing issues with access control systems
• Assisting Engineering team on pre-site walk through to determine supplies needed for installation
• IP configuration on camera systems
• Reading and understanding blueprints and wiring schematics/diagrams
• Navigating CRM software system for important job details
• Operating Surface Tablet

High school diploma or GED;
Working knowledge of security, surveillance and access control software applications. Includes DSC, Qolsys and .
