Field Service Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to perform window and sash replacements, repairs, and related tasks at customer sites across North Texas.

• Visit customer locations on a regular schedule and perform planned and unplanned in‑home window or sash replacements and repairs.
• Check window/sash installations to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage all on‑site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports and document processes.
• Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems.
• Must be able to travel overnight.
• Follow all company filed procedures and protocols.
• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
• Build positive relationships with customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Minimum one year of experience in window & door manufacturing or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to understand and communicate clearly.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate.

• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
