The HVAC Technician must possess EPA certification, have over 3 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC equipment, and be capable of working independently.
- Service a wide range of equipment using various troubleshooting techniques for all sizes of commercial package units, water source heat pumps, mini‑splits, and/or VRF systems. Experience with Stultz and Liebert units a plus.
- Assist, when needed, in the service of chillers, boilers, control valves, and cooling towers on supervised projects. Previous experience a plus.
- Use cutting‑edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand‑tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Provide all information from each service call to the dispatcher before leaving the job site and document work by accurately completing paperwork and maintaining files.
- Continuously enforce safety to the highest standards and maintain security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
- Display team effort and dedication to customers by maintaining flexibility to work overtime, on‑call rotation and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
- Take an active role in ensuring a level of customer satisfaction that is above and beyond customer expectations.
- Be available on a rotational basis to work weekends and evenings for the emergency service needs of our customers.
- Must have a good driving record and possess a valid driver’s license and EPA license.
- Ability to frequently lift 30lbs and occasionally lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a DFW Airport background check and obtain DFW Airport badge clearance.
$24/hr to 32/hr, commensurate with qualifications.
