Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air, and Electric is searching for a HVAC Service Technicians to join our Rockwall Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in maintaining, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Educate clients on their heating and air conditioning systems and maintenance requirements
• Develop client rapport by communicating effectively with customers and providing excellent customer service
• Document service performed and recommendations made to client
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary

Requirements

• Current TDLR Registration
• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Exhibit an in-depth knowledge of and understanding of the HVAC trade
• Clean, neat and professional appearance
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent conflict management skills
• Strong attention to detail and to manage multiple tasks and assignments
• Team player with "can do" attitude
• Able and willing to work on-call schedule rotation: nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Valid Texas Driver License and at least 3 years of driving history
• This position requires both a criminal background and a driving record check
