Learn more:  As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents.

You will respond to situations with clear communication and a customer-service mindset, documenting key details and supporting site operations. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in line with Allied Universal driver policy requirements, while working with agility, teamwork, and integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office, studio, and/or campus areas, including building interiors, parking areas, and perimeter routes, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and sensitive areas common in tech and media locations, helping to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate pertinent information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
