We are seeking a full-time Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel, located in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves maintaining the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting routine patrols, and investigating suspicious activities. You will respond to emergencies, enforce hotel policies, collaborate with team members, and assist in ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for everyone at the hotel.

This position is on-site and requires a proactive approach to loss prevention and safety management.

• Expertise in Loss Prevention strategies and techniques
• Strong skills in Physical Security and Surveillance
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
• Knowledge of effective Prevention measures to manage risks and ensure safety
• Ability to adapt to on-site demands and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are beneficial
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
