Unarmed Event Security - Dallas

Battle Tested Security is a fast‑growing security event management company headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland and operating in multiple markets nationwide. The company specializes in providing safety and security for sporting and music events, while emphasizing creativity and innovation to deliver excellent customer service.

Event Staff provides safety, security, and customer service to guests, tenants, and staff loyees assist local public safety agencies in performing their duties and serve the surrounding community during the event.

• Serve as a representative and liaison of Battle Tested Security, demonstrating a professional, positive, polite, and friendly attitude.
• Use tact and discretion in all interactions with guests and employees.
• Patrol event grounds on foot and/or motorized vehicle.
• Respond quickly to all security needs and calls for service.
• Provide customer service to all patrons and employees.
• Conduct regular inspections of patrol and fixed post assignments.
• Write reports, conduct staff work, interview victims and witnesses.
• Respond to crime scenes and secure the area until local law enforcement arrives.
• Work closely with local public agencies to achieve Battle Tested Security's safety and security goals.
• Arrive to all shifts on time in proper uniform.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify for a Guard/Security License per state regulation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patrons, employees, and company information.
• Strong memory and quick retrieval of incident details.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for up to 12 hours.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time (up to 12 hours).
• Ability to operate a motorized vehicle.
• Capacity to lift, carry, and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Availability to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
