Garda World Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for our White Settlement, TX warehouse facility. This position involves supervising security staff during multiple shifts (morning, afternoon, overnight), ensuring the safety of individuals and property, and upholding Garda World’s core values.

• Ensure Garda World Security core values are integrated into all business practices.
• Supervise day‑to‑day security service provided to the facility, maintaining high standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and reports.
• Build effective relationships with clients and employees; serve as liaison.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on‑site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Complete an extensive screening process.
• First aid certification is an asset.
• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• State license if required.

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
