PGS
360 is hiring a Sales Representative in Fort Worth, TX for graduates and postgraduates who are ready to launch a career focused on sales, business development, and revenue growth
.

This role is designed for candidates who are ambitious, persuasive, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for generating opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing directly to company growth.

  • Base Salary: $40,000 annually
  • Commission: Uncapped
  • Earnings Potential: Top performers have strong upside with no cap on commissions
  • Travel Expenses: Fully covered for trade shows, client visits, and warehouse visits
Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
  • Engage potential clients and introduce PGS
    360’s services
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop relationships with prospects and support conversion efforts
  • Contribute to revenue generation and business growth initiatives
  • Travel as needed for client visits, trade shows, and warehouse visits
  • Work closely with internal teams to support sales success and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Graduate or postgraduate
  • Must be US-based
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve results
  • Professional, confident, and goal-driven
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Business, Marketing, Communications, or related background is a plus
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
