Account Executive – Multifamily (Hybrid Sales & Account Management)
Location: Fort Worth/Dallas Texas
Department: Sales
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 base DOE + performance-based bonus
About the Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive – to own and grow a portfolio of private property towing accounts. This is a hybrid sales + account management role
. You will be responsible for retaining existing clients and consistently bringing on new business. This is not a passive relationship role — Account Executives here operate as owners of their territory.
If you’re comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and being held accountable to clear standards, this role offers strong upside.
ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development
- Prospect within an assigned area/customer list
- Close new multifamily accounts monthly
- Maintain an active pipeline aligned with a ~45-day sales cycle
- Meet with decision-makers and present solutions
- Leverage company reputation, software, and operational support to win business
Account Management & Retention
- Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of multifamily accounts
- Maintain regular contact with property managers
- Visit accounts as needed based on size and risk
- Proactively address issues and prevent avoidable cancellations
- Coordinate with Operations and leadership to resolve problems
Account Ownership & Reporting
- Treat assigned accounts as owned businesses
- Meet defined account-coverage standards
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
- Document wins, risks, losses, and action plans
- Consistent new accounts added monthly
- Strong retention across your book of business
- No surprise account losses
- Accurate, timely reporting
- Ownership mindset and professional follow-through
- Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 base DOE
- Bonus: Eligible for monthly bonuses when metrics are met. No cap on bonus structure.

- Sales or account management experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable prospecting and closing new business
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Organized, disciplined, and accountable
- Able to manage multiple accounts without sacrificing sales activity
- Multifamily or property-related industry experience
- Hybrid sales/account management background
- CRM or pipeline tracking experience
- Want ownership, not hand-holding
- Are comfortable being held to clear metrics
- Enjoy both selling and managing relationships
- Want upside tied to performance
