This role is designed for confident closers — individuals who are skilled at presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.

The Person al Lines Sales Producer is a sales-only role focused on closing new Personal Lines business from proactively generated opportunities, including win-backs, re‑quotes, and follow‑ups.

• Quote, present, and close new Personal Lines policies
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Convert quoted opportunities into bound policies
• Cross‑sell multiple policies per household
• Maintain strong close ratios through disciplined follow‑up
• Document sales activity accurately in CRM

• Active Texas Personal Lines or P&C license (required)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
• Confident asking for the business
• Comfortable with outbound sales conversations
• In‑office availability
