We empower healthcare providers to manage proactively, value and improving patient outcomes our Sales team and seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary plus commissions, incentives, and bonuses.
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for junior to mid-level professionals with a strong background in field sales, regardless of industry. Healthcare sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Conduct field sales visits to promote and sell services to home health agencies, healthcare facilities, hospital case managers etc
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Identify opportunities for growth and work collaboratively with the team
- Provide excellent customer service and services knowledge to support client needs
- Identify and propose business development opportunities to increase community visibility
- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively
- 3–5 years of total experience in field sales (healthcare preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Willingness to work in any assigned territory; current urgent hiring in Dallas, TX and Tyler, TX
Compensation:
Competitive base salary + Uncapped commission structure + Insurance + PTO + Incentives
