Job Description
Aaron Ameduri Farmers Insurance Agency has tremendous potential and we are currently seeking Insurance Sales Producers to join our team! As a full-time insurance sales producer, you will help individuals, families, and small businesses protect what is important to them. Pay will be a base + commission + retention commission + bonus (split what the business gets if bonuses are achieved).
You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career and your own book inside the agency. Consider joining this President’s Council Team and experience the difference true teamwork can offer you. There is plenty of opportunity to exceed $60,000 per year. Performers will be compensated extremely well for high output. Simple leads will be purchased by the agency, and high performers will receive warm leads once a consistent work flow is established.
If you are looking to be an intrapreneur this is your place. In my tenure with my previous agent, I would average roughly $50,000-$60,000 a month in sales on top of being the office manager. I have a proven way that works and in turn I hope it makes your life easier as well so you can focus on building those connections instead of the fluff in the middle.

- Meet and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Work with given leads, cold calls, direct email and other lead generation activities.
- Manage appointment calendar, calls, and emails.
- Exceed goals given and develop referrals by providing excellent service.
- Document all client interactions and follow up.
- Ability to work current book of business for cross sell opportunities as well as cold leads
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Responds to all inquiries, client requests, and sales requests promptly (within 24 hours MAX).
- Minimum two years sales experience.
- Verifiable track record of success (be prepared to discuss your closing ratios and sales numbers in the interview)
- Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty license is required.
- General Lines Life and Health license is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish /English is preferred, but not required
- Assessment must be completed to be considered for an interview
