Headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, Dollamur manufactures the world’s highest-quality sports mats used by athletes and organizations worldwide. We recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and are looking for a strong, customer-focused professional to support our sales operations.

Provide vital support to customers, sales teams, and internal operations by assisting with complex, customized products and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to external clients and internal stakeholders by responding quickly and resolving issues.
• Manage inquiries related to order status, warranties, costs, shipping, and product details with accuracy and care.
• Assist Sales Segment Managers with order entry, freight quoting, logistics tracking, layout and graphics issue resolution, complaint resolution, and customer communications.
• Process and review orders for customized products and ensure smooth transition into production.
• Collaborate with internal teams on production capacity, order status, and other sales-related needs.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Dollamur’s products and processes to better serve our customers.

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-oriented or sales support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and eagerness to learn new systems.
• A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage customized and complex product requirements with accuracy.
