For more than 40 years, AUTEC has been a trusted leader in the car wash industry, manufacturing high-performance wash systems and supporting operators nationwide. Today, we’re modernizing and scaling the sales organization that powers AUTEC Equipment, Peak Wash Solutions, and Phyzix Chemistry.
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and repeatable processes that accelerate growth across all brands.
The RoleWe are hiring a Director of Sales Development to own our CRM, pipeline visibility, inside sales operations, and daily sales activity across multiple business units.
Your mission is simple:
Make the sales process predictable, structured, and accountable.You will lead inside sales, strengthen follow-up and conversion, build repeatable playbooks, and ensure every lead, quote, and opportunity is tracked and acted on. You’ll work closely with the Directors of Service, Equipment, and Chemistry to unify the sales engine and drive revenue across the organization.

What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team with clear expectations
- Own the Go High Level CRM structure, automations, reporting, and visibility
- Build and document inbound, outbound, and quoting playbooks
- Improve daily activity standards, follow‑up speed, and lead quality
- Align e‑commerce and digital sales activity directly into CRM workflows
- Deliver weekly sales metrics with insights and recommended actions
- Collaborate closely with Equipment, Service, Chemistry, and Marketing leadership
- Love building structure, clarity, and scalable processes
- Enjoy coaching reps and holding teams accountable
- Use CRM data to identify gaps and drive performance
- Turn inconsistent activity into predictable results
- Thrive in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment
- 5+ years in sales development, sales operations, or inside sales leadership
- Strong CRM and pipeline management skills (Go High Level preferred)
- Experience leading and developing inside sales teams
- Familiarity with digital or e‑commerce sales funnels
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow‑through
- CRM provides real‑time visibility into all sales activity and performance
- Inside sales team operates from clear KPIs, standards, and documented workflows
- Proven, repeatable inbound/outbound playbooks are in place
- Sales, marketing, and e‑commerce are aligned and sharing data
- Measurable revenue growth from inside sales and digital channels
