Description:

Gecko Green has been the fastest growing lawn care business in the DFW for the past 9 years. We are currently expanding and are seeking entry level candidates. We continue to open new locations year after year and promote leadership for these locations from within.

Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and products to lawns according to route, safety procedures, and label instructions.

Drive a company truck on a daily route.

Reply to customer requests for information via telephone, as well as in-person service calls.

Complete applications in line with customer notes and specifications.

Provide customers with quotes for additional services as needed.

Provide potential customers with service quotes based on yard square footage and specific needs.

Complete production reports, sales forms, and customer invoices daily.

Communicate with management about any changes to applications throughout the day.

Qualifications:

Requires valid, permanent drivers license and a clean driving record. This position requires a large amount of driving daily.

Must be able to pass background check, Motor Vehicle Record check, drug screen and DOT Physical.

Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Must not have any DWI's in the last 3 years.

Must be 21 years of age or older by hiring date.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + uncapped commission

Starting compensation is based on level of experience and overall competency.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No nights
Overtime
Weekends as needed
