Join us to apply for the role of Leasing Agent (Bilingual). We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive sales and leasing activities, ensuring a smooth resident experience and meeting occupancy goals.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, criminal background checks, preparing leases, and managing move‑in packages.
  • Inspect apartments prior to move‑in, ensuring they are in move‑in ready condition, and coordinate needed maintenance with the maintenance team.
  • Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions that affect occupancy and sales results, developing and implementing short‑ and long‑term marketing plans and goals.
  • Design and execute marketing activities to attract traffic to the community, including resident referral and employer outreach programs, internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e‑mail, and other websites), and community‑specific marketing plans and special programs.
  • Use on‑site property management software to track apartment availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture critical demographic and other information.
  • Ensure community and show units meet show quality standards by daily inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising, and providing a physically appealing show unit/model and amenities.
  • Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction through e‑mail, thank‑you notes, cards, or phone calls, finalizing lease decisions.
  • Support the community’s lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring renewal documents are signed on time.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns, taking prompt action to solve problems or document and convey requests to appropriate individuals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry.
  • Solid sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Active listening skills and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required.
Compensation & Benefits
