• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, showcasing your drive and passion for helping people.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends; seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
• Navigate a fast‑paced environment; flexibility and openness to change help you stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training, coaching, and tools are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Hourly pay ranges from $16.01 to $18.86 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. Overachieving can earn top sellers up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
