You’ll play a key role in driving studio growth, creating a welcoming space for members, and helping deliver the BODYBAR magic every day. If you’re organized, goal-driven, and LOVE connecting with people, we want you on our team!

• ✨ Lead new member generation through confident sales conversations and smart follow-ups.
• ✨ Support retention by building authentic, personal connections with every BODYBAR member.
• ✨ Help the team crush daily sales goals and booking targets.
• ✨ Jump into local events + partnerships to promote the BODYBAR community.
• ✨ Keep studio records organized and up to date — from member bookings to sales logs.
• ✨ Bring energy, cheer, and connection to the studio floor before and after class.

• ✅ Friendly, professional, and polished communication (in person, on the phone, and over email).
