Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a top-notch customer experience by assisting clients in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and assist them in finding their ideal vehicle.
  • Understand and evaluate customer needs to provide tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations, explaining features and benefits clearly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure inventory is well-presented and customers are informed.
  • Assist customers with financing options, including making arrangements with finance specialists.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain an organized database of leads.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and dealership promotions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
  • Process and finalize sales transactions in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to maintain knowledge of new products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Knowledge of vehicle features and the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
