About the RoleWe’re looking for a driven, reliable, and experienced Clinical Specialist to assist their Area in meeting sales and patient service objectives through technical, educational, operational and sales support, ensuring reliability and quality in our products, processes, and systems.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and patients.
- Provide clinical support during surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow‑ups in hospitals and clinics.
- Use clinical expertise and product knowledge to advance growth opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Educate customers’ staff on technical matters related to Axonics products and therapies.
- Complete patient care documentation in Axonics PCM system.
- Make and receive patient calls/text via Axonics PCM system; after‑hours and weekend calls possible.
- Partner with Area Director and Territory Managers to understand market dynamics and customer needs, articulating how Axonics products offer value.
- Contribute to quarterly goals at Area and national levels.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Manage inventory for case coverage and trunk stock.
- Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with team members and other departments.
- Visit accounts regularly to replenish literature and maintain relationships with office staff.
- Work closely with Territory Managers to drive sales growth in target accounts and key areas.
- Actively participate in territory sales growth activities such as customer lunch and learns, community education sessions, Advanced Practitioner seminars, quarterly business reviews, and other approved activities.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Maintain high level of clinical, market and product knowledge.
- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Manage personal expenses per company expense policy and report monthly in Concur.
- Maintain proper credentials for hospital systems in area.
- Up to 50% travel, including overnight travel.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in the medical device industry or minimum 5 years of clinical experience in urology as an RN.
- Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored presentations.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Annualized base:
90,000 to 95,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan. Benefits details at
