Create connections with prospective members, help them become members, and engage with them during the follow-up process to ensure their success.

• Actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals.
• Support potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals with a lively sales approach and magnetic personality.
• Member engagement.
• Building and equipment maintenance and safety.
• Membership sales (club and individual, services, products, programs).
• Membership billing.
• Customer service: friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution.
• Information hub: product knowledge, programs, events.

• Takes ownership of results, fights hard to win.
• Adaptable to various situations, communicative with members and teammates, customer service mentality.
• Team player willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Extremely organized.
• Can work independently, multitask in a fast‑paced demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high‑quality work.
• Comfortable with computer/technology, quick focus shift, phone etiquette, proficient in math.
• Ability to work 20 hours a week, every Thursday, and at least one weekend day.
• Must successfully pass a background check.

Hourly Pay Range: $10—$11 USD. Variable income opportunities including commission and tenure pay.
